Suggested Irrigation Guidelines
Newly installed lawns should be consistently wet for the first 7-14 days, but you do not want to see standing water. Average watering time is 5-10 minutes for up to 4 times a day. Gradually working to the following established times. Do not mow lawn until at least the third week.

CAUTION: These are general guidelines, conditions vary dramatically per yard. Your grass and plants may need more or less watering depending on soil conditions. The person doing your walkthrough will show you how to adjust the clock. Please adjust your irrigation clock so that your sod and plants are getting the correct watering. Yellow plants or leaves usually indicate too much water. Brown leaves usually indicate not enough water.
